Instructions for use

For cold application: Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

For Heat application: Microwave for 1 minute at maximum power (1000W).

Thermo Head can only be used for the cranial area.

Below we will show you the benefits of applying Heat and Cold.

COLD offers an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect in addition to providing cooling and soothing relief. The application is especially indicated to reduce pain from bruises or contusions, migraines, high blood pressure and stress. With cold the blood flow and circulation decreases and generates an effect against pain and inflammation.

HEAT helps to improve circulation and blood flow. The application will promote general relaxation and relieve tension and pain.

The application and CONTRAST of Cold and Heat comes to offer both benefits together. Alternating vasodilation and vasoconstriction helps to obtain both benefits. It is recommended in any case to try the three options, Cold, Heat and Contrast until the best personal routine is obtained in each case to obtain the best results against the greatest enemy, migraine.
