Instructions for use

For cold application: Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

For Heat application: Microwave for 1 minute at maximum power (1000W).

Thermo Ankle can be used for the left or right ankle only.

Below we will show you the benefits of applying Heat and Cold.

COLD offers an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect and helps you to
decongest the area. The application is especially indicated to
try to reduce pain and swelling at the level of muscles and ligaments.
With cold, the blood flow and circulation decreases and generates an effect
against pain and inflammation. It can be used in combination with
pressotherapy applying mostly low pressures.

HEAT helps to improve circulation and blood flow. The application
is especially indicated to try to relax the muscles by lowering the
tension of the same, also helping to reduce muscle
and ligament discomfort. It can also be used as a preventive measure to help
warm up a muscle or ligament prior to activity and even during
activity. It can be used in combination with pressotherapy
to further stimulate blood flow.
