The warranty consists of 2 years in machines and 1 year in the rest of the pressotherapy items.

Our battery system uses a total wearing, which means that our pump will propel air through the battery until the last moment. It is normal that the pump’s performance decreases once the battery does, but it will not stop pumping until the battery has totally ran out. However, do not worry! We have the quickest charger in the market and in less than 2 hours, your battery will be charged again.

Recovery Plus is designed to work at 220V and to be functional throughout Europe, but you must know that, for example, if you are in the U.S.A. your machine will need a power transformer that will allow converting 110V into 220V for a correct functioning.

There is a common mistake when installing the pressotherapy tubes in the garment. Pressotherapy pressure always goes from the lower part towards the heart, so chamber number 1 will always be farther and will coincide with the longest tube. Review this, if not, it will be as easy as reversing the direction of these. If you have any doubts, you can watch our video tutorial here.

Do not worry; the answer is simple and easy. If this happens, it means that some of the connections have lost the rubber ring, which makes the air leak between connections. Review and add or substitute the rubber ring and problem solved.

Sometimes, when the installation and manipulation is not correct, it is possible that some connections are not well joint together, or that some of the tubes are bent, blocking the air from passing through. Of course, pressotherapy is permitted and adequate for everyone, professional athletes or amateurs, even people who practice sports less often, but it is not allowed for children under age, nor for people that may present some type of counter- indication.

Pressotherapy sessions may range between 10 and 90 minutes. Recommended sessions will go from 30 to 45 minutes per session, taking it up to 60 minutes with a mild pressure. These are recommended two hours after training or competition. It is also recommended to apply cold before the treatment, which contracts blood vessels. You can also use pressotherapy as a previous warm up, during 10 or 15 minutes.

Weekly sessions will run according to the user, there is no time or frequency restrictions whenever it is painless and it does not present any counter-productive symptom.

It is important that the legs remain completely horizontal at all moments during the treatment.

Pressotherapy must not be used if you present any of the following: pregnancy, hypertension or hypotension, deep vein thrombosis, superficial tombphlebitis or arterial insufficiency, infections or inflammations, hypothyroidism… do not hesitate to consult with your doctor beforehand if you suspect you may have any of the above.
