Pressotherapy sessions may range between 10 and 90 minutes. Recommended sessions will go from 30 to 45 minutes per session, taking it up to 60 minutes with a mild pressure. These are recommended two hours after training or competition. It is also recommended to apply cold before the treatment, which contracts blood vessels. You can also use pressotherapy as a previous warm up, during 10 or 15 minutes.
Weekly sessions will run according to the user, there is no time or frequency restrictions whenever it is painless and it does not present any counter-productive symptom.
It is important that the legs remain completely horizontal at all moments during the treatment.
